At AccuTech Inc., we understand that tech needs to be perfect. If your hardware doesn't meet your expectations, here is how we handle it:
Return Windows
- Standard Hardware: 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Must be reported within 48 hours for an immediate priority replacement.
- CCTV & Security Systems: Returns accepted only if the factory seal is unbroken, due to security software sensitivities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be in original packaging with all cables, manuals, and driver disks included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-configured PCs (Build-to-Order), opened software, and consumable items (printer ink/toner).
The Process
- Request an RMA: Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping: Customer covers return shipping for "change of mind" returns; AccuTech covers shipping for defective units.
- Refund: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
