At AccuTech Inc., we understand that tech needs to be perfect. If your hardware doesn't meet your expectations, here is how we handle it:

Return Windows

  1. Standard Hardware: 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Must be reported within 48 hours for an immediate priority replacement.
  3. CCTV & Security Systems: Returns accepted only if the factory seal is unbroken, due to security software sensitivities.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Items must be in original packaging with all cables, manuals, and driver disks included.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-configured PCs (Build-to-Order), opened software, and consumable items (printer ink/toner).

The Process

  1. Request an RMA: Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Shipping: Customer covers return shipping for "change of mind" returns; AccuTech covers shipping for defective units.
  3. Refund: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
