At AccuTech Inc., we process orders rapidly to ensure your tech reaches you as fast as possible. Because of this automation, the window for cancellation is limited.
1. Standard "In-Stock" Products
- Window: You may cancel an order for standard, off-the-shelf items (printers, monitors, peripherals, etc.) at no cost before the shipping label is generated. * Post-Shipping: If the order has already been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You must instead follow our Return Policy upon delivery. Shipping fees in this instance are non-refundable.
2. Custom-Built & Configured Systems
- The "Build" Rule: For custom-built desktops, laptops with upgraded RAM/SSD, or pre-configured CCTV kits, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of order placement.
- Labor Fee: Cancellations made after the "Build" process has begun but before shipping may be subject to a 15% Restocking/Labor Fee to cover the technical work already performed by our engineers.
3. Software & Digital Licenses
- Instant Delivery: Digital software licenses (Windows keys, Antivirus, Creative Cloud) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the license key has been generated and sent to your email.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure the fastest processing, we do not accept cancellations via social media or standard mail. Please use one of the following:
- Direct Portal: Log into your AccuTech account, go to "Order History," and click the "Request Cancellation" button.
Refund Timeline
Once a cancellation is confirmed:
- Authorization Holds: Most banks release the "held" funds within 3–5 business days.
- Completed Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Why this is "Brilliant" for AccuTech:
- Protects Labor: By including a "Labor Fee" for custom builds, you ensure that your technicians' time isn't wasted by indecisive buyers.
- Clarity on Software: Digital keys are a high-fraud area; being "Non-Cancellable" protects your digital assets.
- Automated Feel: Encouraging the use of a "Direct Portal" reduces the workload on your customer service team.
